I had some guests at home. I had ordered Biriyani for them. I place the order at 8.06 pm and it showed deliver in 50 mins. But even after 50 mins i checked the app to find out that the delivery person had not yet picked up from restaurent. From there on the ordeal started. Swiggy had an automated BOT, which extended the timelines 9 to 11 minutes every time. This commitments from The BOT happened multiple times. And the food was still jot delivered even after 2 hours. My guests left for home hungry and i had a loss of face. SWIGGY continously lied through their BOT. it should be stopped and Swiggy should be fined.
