I placed an order on 5th September, 2022, at 5.10 p.m. At the time of placing the order the ETA was 60 min. The delivery boy picked up the order and was just 2 minutes away from my house at 7.10 p.m, i received a call from swiggy saying order is being cancelled due to some technical error. I tried contacting the delivery executive but he was not picking up the call. And at 8:06 p.m swiggy cancelled the order.
This is the kind of service swiggy provides, and this is not it, i have more complaints like this. Swiggy customer service department is busy eating up customers time and not interested in resolving the issue but only says “extremely sorry” we will refund your payment. But what about the harassment caused to me ? Because of poor service of swiggy, i was left hungry for 4 hours, Who is going to compensate that ?
