I had ordered two Bririanies for my daughter’s for Rs 532/- against order no 175886466343 dated 23 08.2023. I had paid the full order amount in advance . Since it was late evening approximately 11.15 PM and distance was far off from my place I called the delivery partner. He asked me to cancel the order and informed me that the entire money will be refunded. I had cancelled the order and trusted him. But when I called the Swghy customer care , they informed me that the entire order money will be forfeited. My daughters could not have food since Swiggy did not deliver and forfeited the entire order amount. This is fraud and I appeal for huge penalty so that the think twice before playing with consumers money , time or expectations.
