i have done two orders yesterday, one was successfully delivered and other one (#92075735819) was not delivered.
i got call from delivery boy to get help for address location, i guide him properly, when he came near by premise, he refused to deliver order because there were no lift facility and he was very arrogant, i asked him about there policy he replied me that you should have mentioned non availability of lift facility.
So immediately i complained to customer care of Swiggy. The executive was trying to convinces me to cancelled the order. i refused to cancelled the same as there were no mistake from my end. they called me 7 to 8 times to cancelled the order but still i refused as i was expecting the delivery of my order.
Today morning i received SMS from swiggy that Order #92075735819 has been cancelled since you failed to respond to delivery executive’s call and you will be charged Rs. 276/- as cancellation fee.
Since i have responded to 7 to 8 calls yesterday how can swiggy charged me for cancellation fee where order was cancelled from swiggy’s end only.
it totally unfair.
