Swiggy order was placed when restaurant was shut. Swiggy calls asking me to cancel the order. When I refused to cancel it, they called back saying my order has been taken by someone else and they are issuing a replacement. Then the chat representative said it’s delayed because no one has reached the restaurant. Those are three separate excuses all because an order was delayed to which I assured them that I was ok with any delays caused.
