Swiggy delivered damaged parcel and now swiggy is trying to close the complaint with un acceptable response

Text of Complaint by Naveen:

I received packege in broken condition as it is fell down or something. I tried to call the delivery person but couldn’t reach him. So I contacted support immediately and shared live image and live video, even thought swiggy asked me to wait for 24hrs. The support should act up for this kind of issue immediately. Now swiggy is just covering it up like “the image is not clear to present to the restaurant”. Swiggy did all the following intentionally to close the query some how
1. like delaying the response by asking time to resolve the query instead of resolving immediately by using the live video coverage from swiggy app directly- which I submitted.
2. Not contacted via telephone till now, I have a suspension that all communications are done by robot
3. Just giving some irrelevant response and marking the query as resolved, without even resolving.
