Hi we been protesting with swiggy from 25 days as they were showing their arrogance with no empathy after hurting our religious feelings by making a brahmin eat chicken for the first time! They delivered chicken Momo when we ordered veg and after spending hours sharing all evidence pics and talking them on phone they initially simply closed our complaint without even checking with restaurant saying they believe it’s veg as per pic which we provided.Later when we ourselves approached restaurant with proof restaurant had accepted in written it was chicken not veg! Now they are saying they can’t do anything but deal with restaurant! If they are not responsible why ask all the evidence and close the complaint initially by saying as per pic they believe it’s veg and why saying after 25 days to deal with restaurant when they collect money from customers while placing the order? From 25 days they hardly provided any empathy or help when we sent daily emails to provide resolution. So I request you to please look into it and help us as shouldn’t ever treat any other customers like this after hurting our religious sentimemts!
