I’ve recently joined swiggy as a delivery partner and completed few delivery but then due to my vehicle failure I couldn’t deliver for few days and when I came back to the app I saw all my earnings got deducted and also current earnings showing negative balance of -1379 rupees. They have charged money for onboarding several times and also given penalty for not being regular to duty. I’m a poor person not knowing all these policies as I’m new to this delivery job. I’ve not got any money and it’s showing negative balance very much frustrated please help me. They are not picking up my calls or not providing any guidance or support.
