Delivery guy came and took payment vis paytm and the order one of the item is missing from the package. He agreed on phone that it got damaged but cheated by taking money. Swiggy support promised 2 times by 2 ppl refund process for order and now not given and only chat support its giving avoiding phone calls to give refund request. Swiggy has smartly cheating us by not giving call support to avoid money related dealings.
