i ordered from swiggy via order no 149970176364138 dt 2 august 2023 . i ordered three items coke 2ltr , airel maatic top load and kurkure packet.i did not received airel matic when i checked in polythene it did not contain airel matic .I mailed and has conversation with swiggy executives , they said they cant issue me refund because of there policy i had not received item for Rs 387.swiggy did not refund me though i have not received the item. they didnot gave me refund.
i had lost my money this is cheating and i complainted to swiggy many item they rejected my claim, but it is genuine that i did not receive airel 2kg pkt Rs.387.
