Due to some technical issues not able to attend call from delivery person. There is no alternative mobile number option too in swiggy.
I ordered items but it was cancelled by delivery person even my gps location was exactly correct. Instead they charged me 236 rupees as cancellation fee for what what i not done.
Also they refused me to provide me delivery person number. Why dont they provide delivery person number. And lost my money cause it was prepaid delivery. Its really very horrible and stupidity delivery system of swiggy.
If they cant provide delivery person number or cant help customers in those situations then why they customer help support.
I prefer the law and order should provide clear guidelines and punish them for such cancellation charges which was cancelled by them.
