Text of Complaint by SATHISH KUMAR:

I had ordered two shawarma rolls in the Hotel palace the item was shown but later the hotel called me and said that out of stock you can give alternate order and I asked another one they said that also not avail them I asked what’s avail they said chicken murthabas is ok to deliver to you then I said ok and the order was confirmed I had also payed for it but later a call came from Swiggy after a hour of my order and they said your order was cancelled by the hotel like that then I contacted the hotel they said no we did not cancelled that Swiggy only cancelled like that then I don’t who’s liying but I had payed my money to Swiggy only they only responsible for my order
