Swiggy Agent Collected from Hotel and then Vanished. He moved and stayed on one location for almost 30 mins. I got doubt and called him. He justed picked the call and cut the call. Then he did not picked the call. I have raised a query on support they also informed delivery agent not responding. They refunded amount and given the agent direct mobile number as per my asking. My kids were hungry, I have ordered around 9 pm and till 11 pm no food and frustrated.
I have called him on direct mobile number. He picked the call and then simply said oh ok and then cut the call and he rejected next calls. I need a proper explanation on this. How irresponsible guy simply took my food and vanished without any proper information.
He made chat with me after i had posted chat to him on WhatsApp, like i will file legal case against him and he just simply lied like he met accident so can’t deliver. Idk about the situation but rejecting after hearing my voice and no responding or he also not informed their support team.
