Dear Sir/Mam,
I need money urgently so, I have taken Rs.3500 loan from swift seconds online Loan app. My due date is 07-01-2024. But, I tried to pay my repayment amount in before due date on 05-01-2024. When I login there is problem “Unable to connect server” and then I contact customer care there no proper response. I read reviews about this app in Google, there are lot of complaint about this app what they doing cyber crimes. They intentionally locked server so, my loan amount will going over to overdue then they want to receive higher repayment amount. This is such a Big Scam. Also, they blackmailing, abusing, mental torture etc., after I know this news I shocked to realised same problem will happen to me after my due date. Tomorrow (07-01-2024) is my due date I want to pay my repayment but, still I’m unable to login. If they unlock two days later and asking overdue I can’t do anything. Please Ban these types of Online cheating loan app especially “Swift Seconds”.
Additional news: I installed swift seconds app in my mobile for checking it was working na. But, also same problem unable login yes they intentionally locked their server. If they blackmailing me after two days I will contact you again. Thanks
