i had taken few loans from swift loan app in the month of sep/oct 2022 and i kept doing rollover payments. this month i could not do the rollover or close the loan so i started recieving threatening harassing abusive calls and messages from different unauthorized unidentified foreign numbers which are not indian numbers. They are either USA, Africa, Benin many such unknown numbers. I am just overdue by 2 days and they started sending messages to my contacts. they blackmailed me saying that they will morph and release nude pictures and porn videos if i do not pay up. They charge penalty for each day the loan goes overdue. I told them i will settle all loans and i need few days time and agreed to pay the penalty but this harassment is continuing so i have reported to cybersecurity, informed my contacts and freezed my social media accounts. These people are uneducated gunda gang rowdy type of people and the language they use is terrible. They cannot differentiate between a default customer and a loyal customer. Now I am also filing a complaint with RBI because this app is financed by SafetyLine Finance PVt LTd but who is the actual owner is a mystery. Also it is connected to Lightening Rupee app which is financed by ASHUTOSH FINSEC LIMITED which is a registered company. But swift loan app is not registered with NBFC or RBI. it gives loan that too at a very high interest rate and pressurize the customer to pay one day before by making a rollover amount. I fell trap into it but now i also have warned them that the payment will be made and my phone is under cybersecurity surveillance. They say come track us you will not find us. I have all numbers saved, calls recorded, names of people who called. I can share all information separately. Please email me the complaint number and details.

Sir i am also suffering with the same problem. I am not getting what to do and i decide to commit suicide for their torcher and their abusive language.
Please call 1930 immediately, they really help you. You can visit near police station and they block those guys numbers and you need not to pay anything.
