Hello Team, I was checking online loan for an emergency and I got msg as I have a pre-approved loan up to 1.5Lkah, Upload the documents to get the actual eligibility, Hence I had uploaded my Aadhar card, Pan card, I got an information from 7 apps with the eligibility of 4k from each account however I have not applied for any of these, I uninstalled the app, On the same day and next day ( Feb 27th & 28th ) I received 2400 and 2400 * 2 to my account without my consent, IMPS & NEFT which I never applied for I only checking the Loan app, I started getting calls to repay 4k for Rs 2400 loan , I asked for loan agreement and they say they don’t have any loan agreement RBI guidelines has not been followed.
I asked them to legal action against me but they started threatening with my contact details as they start calling my relatives and torture them.
I started getting calls from +81 and +880 and my family members as-well.
