My self Justin T have just installed swift cash loan app and just check whether any loan available in that have submitted my adhar and pan details after that i havent check further. Today (05/01/2023) when i just check my netbanking amt of 1800 credited in my bank account without any intimation. I have checked the swift loan app its shows like your repayment date is 11/01/2023 and amt is 3000 so i just searched in google and take customer care number 08101088831 and called somebody attend the call and said will transfer call to senior executive after that i received a call from 09153715476 and she named Anushka kumari said she will helping out us for closing the loan and she said she will share one upi id and if we pay back that 1800 the loan get closed and share the upi id loanclose2023@sbi we have recorded the call as we suspect some spam in it but think of closing the loan instead of repaying 3000 we initially send 1rs for confirming in that upi id after that have shared 1800 again and shared screenshot of the same. After making payment we again called that number
09153715476 but declined many times and she named anushka kumari ask me to make 1200 more payment. Loan status still showing 3000 repayment it wasnt changed yet. Please looking in to this issue on priority as i fear that it may affect my cibil also am attaching here all the proof am having with related to this issue. Expecting a revert at the earliest.
