Text of Complaint by Dilkaranpreet Singh:

My customer swipe icici bank’s credit card on 23.11.2022 via transaction I’d no. 4522373322 for Rs. 2,00,000/- (2 lac) at my store’s swipe machine which is also provided by icici bank the money was deducted from customer’s card but I didn’t received yet. Even I visited the ICICI Bank Branch Jandiala Guru Amritsar but so many time but didn’t get any satisfactory reply I also meet the bank manager of the above said branch he also not did anything. I contacted with Customer Care but they closed my requests without any reply or enquiries so kindly help me to get my money back.Because my business get effected by stuck of large amount of money. Thanks
