Respected Sir / Madam,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the most worst customer care services provided by Swarthi Classic Cable Network. I am user of Swarthi Classic Cable Network in No. 63 3rd cross Kurubararahalli Bangalore 560086 My smart card No. 01330344055 for last 15 day same channels not showing on TV for last 2 months, but operator receiving full payment as previous take necessary action. In my area cable service is worst, cable operator irresponsible in their duty, they always motivate in make money but in doing worst service, people afraid ask their right against them so please help to leave fearless, my are name. Working. Cable guy told he will come in 5 mines. I made 15 calls, was told the same thing. He then said he’s checking at his end. No its 10 PM, cable still not working & the cable guy switched off his mobile without resolving the cable issue, Cable Operator. I had called many times, call on mobile phone many times, but I have not yet get the desired channels as per requested form. The local cable guys are misbehaving with me, my family very badly. It is very much frustrating & helplessness. Every time they are misbehaving and not solving problems. They are claiming more charges beyond TRAI and forcefully they are proving their own pack. This is rediculuous.I pay Rs. 2100/- for new set of box two / three back. He has already taken back my set box from my house on March 10, 2020. I inform as give back the money, as today he is not return back money show his face March 21, 2020.
After changes and before changes of charges of cable TV we are continuous facing a problem and that’s not solved yet by cable operator, problem is we can’t see all channel completely working, whether the picture stocks or sound stocks, and most of time picture and sound both stocks and the other time it always shows “no signal”. Please take some action on local providers.
I get irritated from the service and think take TATA SKY Connection. I purchased independent TV HD connection.
I hope on same complaint will work for that the pending work and kindly take good decision for the same and solve the problem as soon as possible.
I think all are fake and worst of my valuable time, if not response from Concern Department after posting of Complaint Register Form.
This is bringing to your notice that your person is entering our building without informing us and also he given multiply connection cable line hanging on our building, We call over telephone number +91 9731285264 / 7406722388 inform him remove the cable connection from our house, he inform to my father that I will not remove cable wire from the Jensen box. Please look into it and take proper action no him as early as possible. I have given repeated complaints regarding him this and no action has been taken so far. But the authorities are not taking action properly, simply they are nothing but sluggish. I am sorry to criticize like this because I have made repeated complaints but the concerned person is highly nasty fellow and lazy flow and show action for working one or two days, but again coming to the normal condition.
So I sincerely request you to take action at the earliest.
I request you to kindly intervene into the matter at the earliest as only my parents are staying in here.
Hope you consider my request and do the needful.
