I am a job seeker due to this covid I was taken part time job opportunity in SUV SOLUTION for data entry job I have completed my work and asked them how to submit in whatsapp his reply was login and complete the work I said how it’s submit he said OK and I asked him after complete how you pay the amount still I didn’t share my bank details they not reply for that. And I completed my work and sent to their customer helpline for submission they replied me with pdf password ask me to stay their web site it’s all happened on 1st August 2020. Today 5th August 2020 received one about legal action filed against on me and you not answer our calls snap attached after that I opened mail and received some legal notice from them in that they’re saying in our conversation they give me a chance to pay the amount that I ignored so filed me some sections. After that I send mail to them for what reason you send mail while I didn’t received any confirmation about QC report and I don’t have any conversation with any like you saying. After that I mail that Customer service helpline I received some legal notice what for reason it has raised and what about the QC report I was submitted they replied me share your username I shared them received mail again check your report on report section. I replied with them why intimation me my QC report was rejected. Then received call from legal person called me to paytpay amount of 7200 are you have pay the 72102 I said in agreement if not complete the work and QC report was failed 6700 only they said 6700 for their fees 500 for Gujarat court fees pay the amount via court QR code that I have sent you to via whatsapp number and I asked this much amount I don’t have need some time to pay he said court last 4.30pm b4 that pay share the details I said today I need some 3 days to pay the amount he said you proceed the legal with court and again called me he said there is no option like that you of pay today itself. I said I already lost my job this covid so I have to arrange and pay he said my seniors not allow that much of time to pay otherwise you will attend the court. Finally he said take 1 day time to pay.. I don’t know how to sort out this please help me already I was depression my job lost.
