Text of Complaint by Devinder Goyal father of Pradeep Goyal:On 16 july,2020 my son Pradeep Goyal got a phone call from person named Vikas Sharma (Phn. No. 7359012215 , 6357165209 ) from SUV COMPANY GUJARAT FOR WORK FROM HOME .They said my son have to complete 1200 forms within 8 days and registeration fees of 6750 rs will get deducted from the salary they will paid…Then they sent Him an agreement of this and took His adhar card copy and contact number. They have register him for the work and After that they give Him a log in link and password and said to start the work but meanwhile he search for the company and found so many complaints filed against the company and my son rejected for the work and dn’t want to proceed for the work…
Also When i clicked on that link there was no log in info and no legal site for that company..After asking Vikas Sharma about this He said that this company does not have online site..then i searched for this company nd came to know that this is fraud which happened to many more people like me……i stopped doing their work nd blocked every contact of them immediately…

Now today 06 august, 2020 He got msg and phone call from a lady ( Phone No.9727705940) and an email for pretending that the company had filed a case against me under sec 73 74 75 and asking me whether to sort out this or they send legal notice to me within 72 hrs….
