August 2, 2022, 3:25 pm ₹ 500 was deducted from my paytm payment bank and I don’t know who took my money. I have spoken to paytm agent and he says that amount was withdrawn by BC agent using Aeps facility and as far as i know this facility is complete with fingerprint authentication only but i did not initiate this transaction and i didn’t give my fingerprint to this transaction This transaction reference number is 221415909734.
please solve my problem and get my money back as soon as possible
