Text of Complaint by Valsalan K:

I am a Vodafone customer for the last 8 years.I had recharged Rs 220/ for full talk time without validity period.But now they have unilaterally changed my validity period and cut all the outgoing services saying the validity is expired.Therfore I request you to take proper steps to restore the services.
