Feel like to come up with round of applause for such a pathetic & wretched customer service being rendered by JIO & AIRTEL.
No doubt and wonder, why customers don’t want to stick and stay with the said service providers.
An example of such a deprived & pitiable coordination and cooperation, due to which an esteemed and valued customer is getting penalized for no valid reason to it.
Let me elaborate and through some light on the issue, as I am sure you would not be able to make it from your end/own records!
+91 9891259260 was an Airtel postpaid number for quite a long time, for which the payment was always made well in time/advance. Check your records!
I did port it to JIO in Mumbai, for which I was asked to make the complete payment of my outstanding with some extra amount, as without clearing off the dues, number can’t be ported. Hope, you are aware of it ??
My Number was ported successfully, that means all the dues were clear and in fact I got refund from Airtel too, because I paid more than the outstanding amount.
Now, when I am far away (Overseas) from my near and dear ones, my number has been suspended without any prior information to me, stating I didn’t make the payment.
My question is then how come the number was ported and worked fine for almost 2 and a half months.
This is leading to huge inconvenience, here in Qatar I am handicapped; no out going calls, neither internet. My family is worried out there and vice-e-versa.
Need a fix around this issue ASAP and compensation for all this discomfort; else I would not mind taking this matter to consumer court.
