My name is Deepthi and hold a Vodafone post paid mobile number and has been a customer with them for more than a year. I received 2 messages from Vodafone on 1/7/2019 and 2/7/2019 asking me to submit government approved documents. Since I work during the weekdays I thought I will visit the vodafone store on a weekend and sort the issue. On 3/7/19 my number was suspended. I called customer care on 4/7/19 and they gave me all kinds of reason like your document is missing, there is something wrong with your document etc and they asked me to visit the nearest store and submit my documents. I visited the Idea store on the same day and when I asked the store people as to what the issue was first they told me that I will not paid my bills which is not correct because I am that kind of a customer who pays bills ontime. I asked them to recheck which they did and then informed me that even they are not sure as to why the number has been suspended. They started calling someone else to get the details and I was late for my work, hence submitted the documents and left the store. I immediately sent an email to appellate and till now have not received any response from them . Today is the 3rd day and I am facing too much problems because that is my primary number and get all OTP’s to the number. I am not sure how to resolve this issue and no one seem to be telling me what is the problem and why my number has been suspended.
