I tried to loging into my AJiO account registered with mobile number 9129966659, 15 days back, to crosscheck the payment and refund details feom their website with my bank statement and I was not able to do so.
On calling the customer care, I was told that my account has been blocked due to high return rates. As per the company’s policy and terms, there is no mention about such policy anywhere, that account can be blocked due to high returns rates, neither I was notified or warned about the same.
In first place I had to return the products that I ordered from their website due to poor quality and wrong sizes and materials delivered to me, for which company should be held responsible.
Now it has been more than 15 days, I have been writing mails and calling their customer care, for this situation, as I want to check my payment, refunds, AJIO wallet cash status, but the company is not allowing me to check my money status, and nor they are looking into the matter after so many calls and mails.
I have been through a lot of mental agony and stress in last 15 days, and nobody from the company is ready to help.
I am not interested in future shopping with such lame and irresponsible website, but I have a right to view my payment details, refund details, order details, and wallet cash, because it is my hard earned money.
I want my account resumed for this purpose only, and after that, the company can suspend or delete my account permanently
