My name is Kriti. The complaint is related suspension of account during the ongoing order.
I ordered items from Ajio which included handbags. Details of the items for which action is pending

There were few items which I had to return.
On going order where some bags were pending for delivery and some bags had open return/exchange window, Ajio suspended my account without any information.
When I tried to login into my account it was resulting in failure. I reached out to Ajio customer care both over call and email and I came to know that they suspended my account stating high returns.
I have reached out to them a plenty of times for the return of the items of the ongoing order but they refusing to return them.
Any actions on the account without letting customer know is unlawful. Kindly help.
