HI,

This is Kamal. My number is 9814837579. I was a Jio customer when while in search of getting the Airtel broadband, I bought the Airtel postpaid connection in the form of a family plan. However, after a few months I found out that I was being charged extra and the service wasn’t good, pathetic connectivity, which could not be resolved despite multiple complaints, I decided to switch back to Jio.

I got all the 4 family numbers ported. one-discontinued, 2nd ported to Idea and the third and 4th ported to Jio. I was asked to make a lumpsum payment. I paid to my new service provider and Rs. 15oo to Airtel as lumpsum.

I was told that I will receive a message for the pending amount and will have to pay it to avoid service supension. I paid that amount of Rs. 32 before the last date and my service still kept working for around a weeks time when my services got barred. I went to two Airtel stores and kept going to and fro to Jio as well. I was told by your service representative that they had received the payment and it was already updated with Jio where they shared a different story.

After running here and there for around 5 days, I was told that I had not made a payment of Rs. 32 which is a lie as I have the bill as well and I am going to attach it herewith.

My mother’s number was also barred however her incoming started on showing Idea the reciept of the bill. She is still not able to make outgoing calls for days now. We paid Rs. 95 as her pending amount the next day when we received the message.

Now, here the point is not about Rs. 32 but about ethics, honesty and truth. I would have rather loved to have a poor man have a cup of tea in that money than paying you guys again. Plus, why was I even asked to pay again when I had already made the payment. This is how Airtel has become such a big brand by looting people. You say you want to answer every question, first ask yourselves are you first able to answer the service queries of your customers? Mine was atleast not answered when I continuously kept asking you guys about the poor connectivity at my place.

I am using my Net plus broadband to make whatsapp calls for the last 5-6 days and I still don’t know if I will ever be able to resume my services.I am a service person and being without a phone for this long is a threat to my job. Plus, I had recently done a recharge of Rs. 199 which got wasted. I can’t use my phone if I go outside. I am now sure that I will lose my number which I had been using for years now. All THANKS TO USELESS PEOPLE like you!!!!!

Do you think your customers are fools? I am sorry but you guys are a bunch of assholes spreading shit everywhere. You are not even calibrated with your own team members. No two members have the same information. You organization is a hub of incompetent people who only come to the stores and office to have tea, chitchat and spend a gala time. you give a fuck to your customers.

I have given you guys multiple chances but now it’s enough and I am done. You can’t fuck us anymore now you go fuck yourselves. I will never be a customer with you ever again in my life and I mean it.

Mind you, your customers do not earn for you assholes, we earn for ourselvesand every rupee earned by us is valuable and we cant waste it on inhuman people like you fuckers!! Get lost!
