Dear Team,

On Wednesday dated 18/may/2022 I received call from one lady forget name and number said I m from CDS regarding policy review department, have you any policy. Is there proper update of your policy regular call like fund value all these things. I said there is only call at time of premium paid. Then she told me I will raise request on your behalf there customer care will call you. I said OK. On next day call received from one guys told me(Alok Mehra, Mob: 9355510733 about my policy feature and he told me that there 30% of your policy goes to your agent named as Raghvendra. I was suspired to know that then he told me we can raise voice against him at IRDA. On next day Mr. Rakesh Chouhan mob:7840845864 told me all about these things ans suggest to port your policy Aegon Life to other service provider. On same day at 3pm call received from Aegon life customer care agent Mr. Mishra 9355518217) freeze my policy at3:07 pm say that share your port request number till 6:00 pm otherwise we will deduct 90% of your policy as penalty. Again I have called to Rakesh , he suggest me to port my policy in 3 partner 1: Reliance Nippon Life insurance share link “https://customer.reliancenipponlife.com/pdcSelflink/ “to pay payment I tried on this this but payment not succesfully done premium 1 Lakh. I received acknowledgment mail and application number from metlife iMetLifeAdmin@pnbmetlife.co.in as statement below mentioned:

Your premium payment transaction for PNB MetLife of Rs.135850.00 against application no. 520745123was successful with Transaction no. WAXG1173954828.

Please quote this transaction ID for any further reference. Premium shall be allocated in policy on risk commencement date subject to policy issuance.

You can call our helpline 1800 425 6969 if you need any further details regarding your application with us.

At night I realized that these is scam happened with me . I have blocked my credit card. Same inform to Metlife gogrevarnce . But till still I have not revieved any update from PNB metfile.

  1. This kind of fraud happening. I also got a call like this and i was about to pay but I got suspicious when I put the application number on company website and no information I got. Then I researched and found this blog. Thank you for posting this and it saved me from getting duped.

      My name is Anil and I am from Delhi.

      Today, I got call from number 09457814095 (Mr. Anand Sharma). He told me that he is calling me from reliance nippon life insurance. He told me that I had taken on policy on 23/03/2014 and I had paid one premium and later, I did not pay further premiums, which was supposed to be given by me for further next four years.

      I am confused, as I also check my statement of bank and did not found any such transaction done by me in March, 2014. So, I got suspicious.

      He also told me that you pay the premium through reliance nippon insurance website only.
      he also send me the link as follows :

      After filling information given by him, I have entered the ID no and policy number, which was also given by him. Further, it will take following link:

      After doing further investigation, I found that this is scam, as many mentioned the same modus operandi for doing scams.

      My main concern is that the link website shows the same pictures and all the looks is same as original website. Also, reliancenipponlife.com is mentioned as original website.

      Other people also take care and save your hard earned money.
