I have alredy raised surrender request of paytm card machine registered with mobile number 9464779165 wide ticket no 66653465 dated 25.01.2022. I have also talked with customer care executive on 28.01.2022 wide ticket no 66818072 to know the current status of surrender of machine in which i have clearly told the executive for non payment of rental of next month as i had raised the surrender request on 25.01.2022. I am again clear that the delay is in your part so i am not paying the rent for next month. Please accept the surrender request & collect the machine from below mentioned address. I have again called many times to customer care but no action. Today i again called to CC i have already cleared your team to pickup the swap machine from the below mentioned address upto 25.02.2022 (after one month from lodging request) otherwise you are only liable for all the loses & i have also cleared him that i am not pick any call from your executive as more than 20 days have already passed. Now, it only depends upon you to pick the machine or not. I am not liable for any thing happened after that. All the losses & future expenses (Machine, Rental, Legal) bare by paytm only.
