I have been given Paytm soundbox without informing the rental charges but thats ok after the date i have been given the soundbox it only worked for 2 days and still the box is not working … I made sevral complains on paytm for business applications and mail also to surrender the soundbox so i wont get monthly rental .its been more then 3 months but still i am paying the monthly rent and paytm is not accepting the soundbox surrender request i even tried to call customer care many times but as soon as i select soundbox complain option the call disconnects. Its a clear case of fraud by giving defective machine and charge consumer monthly.
