Booked filter replacement by calling the Eurekha Forbes technician directly. We are unaware that he is a former employee of Eureka forbes and not working currently there. He sent a contact who pretended to be from Eureka Forbes. Changed the filter set and while providing the bill my spouse asked why the name in the bill states “Surekha Forbes” instead of “Eureka Forbes”. The technician replied the name has been changed recently and he collected the AMC bill for 5950 INR.
After the technician left the place, with in 1 hour the filter started malfunctioning. The water tasted very bad. We called him. He came and changed one of the filter (RO Membrane) again and asked to check after 45 mins and went. NOTE: The complete set of filters were changed just few hours before he came this time.
Again we had the same issue water was not good. Then I found that He is from different company and asked him why did he do so. He told “no worries sir you call me in place of any issues I will come immediately”. I shouted at him and his managers over mobile they promised to refund the amount and a new set of filters if there is any issue again.
Since yesterday again the filter is malfunctioning and water tastes very bad. Upon calling again, they are not picking up the call. After long hours of trying again he picked up the call and told no refund will be provided.
After the complaint has been raised, Customer care executives from Sureka Forbes came for the servicing again and replaced all the 5 filters and the issue is resolved now. Thanks consumercomplaintscourt for looking it to the matter seriously.
We have been cheated by a company called sureka Forbes. They somehow got to know that our AMC for aquaguard is due for renewal and called up confirming all our details. Trusting them that they were from Eureka Forbes, we have renewed our AMC with them. How do we get our refund now?
Same here. They are not responding to our phone calls.
