We have water filter for Eureka Forbes and every year 1 persons comes are changes all the filters are he could change the amount but last year the same person visited and told us that they have some discounts if we do the maintenance for 2 years and he charged us 8300 but did not come for the service or picking our calls. As it was the same person who was visiting for the maintenance we did not have any doubt on him but when we look into the contract it states Sureka forbes and not Eureka Forbes. The customer care number mentioned on the contract is not reachable and the person is not picking the call.
