Text of Complaint by Johnson John:

I had ordered Krypton Tab on ezeephones.com on 17/06/20.

Made payment of Rs. 3999.20/- on 17/06/20 but after payment there was no confirmation of payment or order. The merchant was not reachable by phone or by e-mail. Hence i have raised complaint and filed a payment dispute with my bank for the said payment.

After raising the payment dispute with bank, they got up and called me from an unknown number saying we are from ezeephones.com and informed that the product is ready to be delivered and was insisting me to accept the delivery.

Since i had already filed payment dispute i said i will not accept the parcel and have asked them refund the paid amount. As there was no order confirmation from merchant till we raise the payment dispute with bank.

Today the courier guy has delivered the product again and we found that the product is of inferior quality. We cannot accept this product.
