I have ordered the product due to some things is different & unique, Due to COVID -19 all the area salons are closed the last four months, so decided to purchase this product. I purchased a product from the website that I saw, but the product they delivered is different, the same product price in the market is between 399 to 449. I spend 1499/ COD. I paid this amount, for steel and longer life. I have sent the email on the same day after receipt of the product on dtd-24/07/2020. On the website, they provided only an email ID & there are no contact details.
I have attached a photocopy of the received product.
Please provide the contact details.

Please help me with this issue.
