This is in reference to my Order No. 3820752254 dated 20 Jul 2020. I have received a smart phone of Make/ Model: Ring me/ A1 of specifications 2GB RAM & 16 GB Internal Storage,(REd Colour) whereas I have booked a Smart Phone of Make/ Model: Tipad X2 Pro 128 GB (Blue) 8 GB RAM, Dual SIM 4G (X2 Blue).
The e-mail Id given in the copmany’s website is not working and further, it has not mentioned any contact no to register a complain.
