Text of Complaint by Ansari shaheen:

I was order one jewellery set on 22th Jan by meesho app(NRI STOR)
It’s showing that the shipping on 25th Jan but I get the parcel on 25 th jan I thought
I was little bit confuse because the delivery man took a 2 parcel at the same time which both are having “sukkhi gold plated jewellery set” I was taken one jewellery set
He told me took one and another I will cancel it and after checking the parceI it’s wrong product I was run for the delivery men he told me it’s not my fault please return it after the delivery is seen on the app I was telling that it’s not showing but he told me to wait 1 to 2 hour
I wait whole night after that it’s was shown as shipping is delayed and the product is directly cancel it
I was taken delivery men number also so that any problem is happen I can contact to him
he told me to call if delivery is not seen I was call him in the morning but he not pickup the phone then I was send the call request by help line centre

Delivery men number is “8454072417”

The help line centre do nothing only waste my time by providing email to send the pic of the product and wait 3 to 4 day
I do same thing 2 time but then they not do any thing from 26 Jan to 2 Feb
I just want after giving delivery men number also
