I ordered 3.7k products on pantry including one sunflower oil. When I received the items, the oil packet leaked heavily and all other products were soaked in oil. The delivery guy refused to return order and the customer care said that they can only refund for oil packet. On insisting they asked me to donated 3.7k worth products to poor. :-). Now I had to throw away items which are not covered with plastic. Eg toothbrushes, masalas and other powders, etc…
