I ordered a saree worth INR 499/- from Sundarsaree.in its based in Surat. I made the purchase in 19th july 2020. But i did not get any status update on my mobile. Also their contact number is switched off. I also requested them on watsapp to either deliver my item or refund my money but i only received auto generated reply that they are unavailable. Please take necessary actions so that we get our money back.
