Text of Complaint by Harman Wareich:

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra few months back and my monthly EMI did not bounce but this month despite of sufficient funds in my account the auto debit did not work and my phone got locked today and i had to manually pay the emi and Plus fine for late payment.The regular emi is 7555 but today had to pay 7566.80 few extra rupees does not hurt me but bad reflection on my credit score does and I got humiliated when my phone got locked.Please help me to get justice.My loan id is DMI0018091661 with samsung finance plus app.
