Dear Sir,
I ordered Fastag on Nov 24 on Paytm
My Paytm Fastag order number is 977559322 and the tracking number is 29999 1420.
From November 28 onwards, the delivery boy of Authorized Courier Deliver Company E-Com from Paytm came to deliver. But when he came to deliver, he did not bring my parcel.
After 24 November, your courier delivery company E-Com’s delivery boy came to deliver. But when he came to deliver, he did not bring my parcel with him, called the delivery boy on the same day, the delivery boy said, I will come to your route tomorrow and then will deliver.
After that I called the Paytm Fastag department customer care several times. But I still have not received delivery till date. And in the last my order was canceled.
Due to the delivery of E-com, I had to suffer at many toll booths, and today called Paytm again, he was told that you have to re-order. E-com will go to the Consumer Forum Court and case against your bad services.
