Text of Complaint by Abid Ali:

At 25 July 2020 Airtel had deactivated my prepaid sim. And I was having an active plan of 365 days. And I was using Airtel sim regularly. When I reached to customer care they said, ” Your Sim was not used in 90 days so we deactivated sim on 25 july 2020. But I called to my family member on 21 july 2020 10:10 am and call duration was 3 min 40s. So this all things is to make customer to pay airtel AGR Dues to government.
