I have been using Airtel from past 10 years and now after paying them soo much they just cancel the validity period which is not right with company rules and consumer deals while purchasing,it means one should not buy anything from these well established private firms as they can change or manipulate the consumer on their own ,they all were satisfied when we were getting 1 gb for 300 odd recharge for month …still people were buying that…but instead of making Thier policies right they are affecting the consumer ..this is really not acceptable.2038 was the last year when the validity was due to expire but suddenly everything we get from them is simply getting to much expansive.,I got my duplicate sim issued at a cost of 100….which was delivered free of cost during 4g upgrade

Still i am using airtel getting  my recharges done …but why they are limiting Thier previous consumers instead charge them those getting new ones

If there is someone of higher authority reading this please do something

Because still there are more than half indian still can’t afford these services yet they behave like everyone is rich and we will charge you as per
