Suddenly some offer (Gamepind) was activated and I did not activated it which automatically reduced my balance. I don’t know how this happened but I want my balance back. I have deactivated that offer for now. I need an explanation for this and if I didn’t get my balance back I will lose faith in your organisation. Vodafone has always been my first choice and now this kind of act has really put me in a doubtful situation of sticking to the Vodafone connection.
