Dear sir, yesterday night it was working, but when I wake up in the morning and saw the network was not showing in the mobile. When I ask customer care they are saying hat sim has been short circuit hence you have to buy new sim. I don’t know how it will be short circuit when the phone is idle?? Ok and the the told that we need to purchase a duplicate sim which will cost Rs.50 in their outlet. And when I reached a Airtel dealer he is asking Rs.150. this is redicules.
Airtel itself block the sim and saying to buy a dublicate by paying Rs.150.
