I booked a ride with Ola, and they showed the fare much higher than the other days, Due to emergency, I had to book a ride, but surprisingly, after the end of the ride, the fare showed a huge increase. I complaint it on ola app but they didn’t resolve my issue and waive off a small amount. They asked about the satisfaction but I denied. The issue was pending from OLA. But they are continously imposing penalty. I dropped many mails. But I am not getting the solution. Please help to solve this issue.
