Hello, This is pavan.R from bangalore I had been booked a scooty called dio deluxe from silicon honda and I reached oto capital for finance they approved my application and proceed the future process I have been booked the scooty on June and it got delivered on September they took 3 months for the process to complete, here comes the main issue we have been singed the nach for the EMI amount of ₹3000 which is now increased for ₹3283 a sudden increase in the EMI which we didn’t had an idea of it we were not informed about the increase of amount and inreturn after maintaining an accurate amount of ₹3000 in the respective account they have charged an amount of ₹500 for insufficient balance as they increased it to 3283 which we had no idea and that directly impacts on my cibil they are the one who is responsible for it after this I tried contacting them so many times, none of them responded to the call even the customer support very horrible customer support they have and the people who are working there are very irresponsible has no idea of what they are working for they don’t have an accurate information of what they are talking about and the language they use is worst we have reached to the office too for the clear picture and had no use of going there because even there no one has an accurate information which we needed and the other part is we have been told that we will get back an amount of ₹500 as HP cancelation after T+2 days but we didn’t receive it back we were also informed about the invite bonus of ₹2500 which no one in that company has an idea of it they all give an fake commitment just to get rid of sales very horrible services they provide and now it has been 2 months I have not paid the EMI and they even don’t care about it, they wont make an effort of resolving the problem and getting EMI paid we here are not to do that, so we tried all the possibility of getting it solved ,but they are not responding accordingly they are even not bothering of not paying an EMI so I am raising this dispute here
