I hold the mobile number 9789755522. This was initially with Vodafone, Salem Tamilnadu.

I got transferred to Bellary in Karnataka and I ported the number on January 21 2020 from Vodafone to Airtel from prepaid to post paid.

I was operating the number from January till July 3rd. I have paid a last bill with Vodafone on 5th June vide payment bill with me.

I had paid adequate recharge amount till September 2020. All payments were made through net banking I have records.

On sudden disconnection I could not understand the reason. I got a reply that records are not there. I was asked to approach Vodafone.

I approached Vodafone where they say that I have already got ported and I do not have any payment pending.

My banking, aadhar. TX, google account and customers depend on the number.

Neither Airtel or Vodafone is responding. How can records disappear.

Please review what went wrong.  I want the number to be released at least.

Very poor service of both Airtel and Vodafone.

I have all evidence of recharge payment to Airtel.

If your company is really genuine. Call on me and record my complaint.

If suddenly one of your Sim gets disconnected about which you do not have a clue how will you feel. Lot of hardship due to you.

At least release the number so that I will approach another service provider.
