Item purchased- Samsung Galaxy M31 (Ocean Blue, 6 GB RAM 64 GB Storage)
Dear Sir/Mam,
I’ve purchased mobile of ₹ 14999 availing Citi credit card 10% instant discount offer on 23rd March 2020 when they were delivering all items. Due to card offer I’d to pay ₹ 13499.1.
And it has to be delivered by 31st April but due to lockdown it delayed by one month and I was still waiting for the mobile even after delay as I’ve sold my previous mobile.
Suddenly I get a mail for its cancellation and refund on 16th march 2020 due to Covid lockdown as non essential item can’t be delivered. I didn’t get any confirmation mail before it’s cancellation.
And Amazon is well known for its best policy & purchase protection. It should be delayed even I can accept it’s delay. And Also know after conversation that the product is unavailable from 1 month and cancelled due to this. And they just show Covid lockdown for cancellation.
However Cancellation at any reason is against Amazon policy. And now they are ready to pay exceptional compensation of only ₹ 100. But I’m looking for purchasing that item on same price on its availablity or provide exemption of ₹ 1499.9 (equal to card discount) for purchasing same.
They have even shown in mail to pay ₹ 1499.9 as Amazon Pay balance but refuse to actually pay.
Please look into the matter and please resolve it as I’ve a reasonable issue.
