Text of Complaint by Dinakar Kuchi:

I booked a bus ticket dated on 07-01-2019. But unfortunately the bus operator called me and said that the bus was cancelled and said that the amount will be refunded by Paytm within 2 days. But the amount was not yet refunded. When I tried to contact them everytime they are giving a reply to wait for 24hrs , 48hrs, 72 hrs. It’s been already 15 days gone. I am tired of waiting with the refund. I’ll provide the details of the PayTM Complaint And order id. I.e 6990706433 and 104596446. Please solve this as soon as possible.
